This is the latest addition to our property portfolio and is aptly named as it is the most hi tech and environmentally friendly development in the region. It is situated in over 1200 sq. meters of land with over 800 sq. metres of premium office space. Unlike Project 1, much of the “wow factor” of the building is not visible to the naked eye but imbedded within its structure.
